Jog or run for two miles
Actually, running two miles is a fitness test performed by military personnel in the United States just to show that they are really fit. It is about endurance and pushing yourself to the limits. If you can do it without having to stop or feel dizzy, then, congratulations – by military standards, you are physically fit!
Now, what if you can’t do it yet? It’s ok. No need to fret. You can always start somewhere, say 100 meters. You can increase your run each week until you step on the 2-mile goal. It is possible!
