Push-ups will determine if you’re healthy
You have to be able to do 27 push-ups just to know if you are in shape. If you can’t perform 27 counts, then, you need to work out. This workout is worse than the plank, lunges and 2-mile run. This is the captain of the ship in fitness exercise, so to speak. And it is very difficult to do. But once you can do it, give yourself a pat on the back and say – yeah, I am in tiptop physical condition.
