What you’re going to eat is weirdly predictable
Buffets know that what you usually eat from the get-go are the first items you see in the food table. In some conducted experiments, almost all of the food in the plate consists of those that are in the first parts of the buffet. About two-thirds of it, actually. Some are arranged in healthy modes and some put the expensive ones at the end.
This is how good people are at minimizing waste in buffet restaurants. They predict and take advantage of how you eat. At the same time, they don’t need to exert too much effort in having men and women operate around. You can do everything by yourself.
